The staff was professional and pleasant.

I was appalled by the terrible internet connection that constantly dropped out. It made it impossible for me to work and stay connected. On top of that, the room felt outdated and had visible signs of neglect, such as peeling paint and broken fixtures. Having to deal with a noisy atmosphere caused by yelling guests made my stay intolerable.

Expect minimal comfort during your stay. We encountered cleanliness issues in the bathroom and hair on the floor. Breakfast options were sparse, mostly packaged items lacking freshness. While the pool area looked appealing, it fell short in maintenance. Friendly staff, though, provided some relief amidst these inconveniences.

The lobby looked great and the staff were friendly, but the room left much to be desired—there were cleanliness issues and the elevator was slightly unsettling. Overall, it was an experience filled with both pleasant staff interactions and disappointing room conditions.

The front desk guy Bob was friendly and even gave my kid a balloon! The WiFi worked great, which is a must in this day and age.
