missingWrote a review on Nov 25pleasant staffpoor internetnoisy atmosphere
The staff was professional and pleasant.
I was appalled by the terrible internet connection that constantly dropped out. It made it impossible for me to work and stay connected. On top of that, the room felt outdated and had visible signs of neglect, such as peeling paint and broken fixtures. Having to deal with a noisy atmosphere caused by yelling guests made my stay intolerable.

The room was clean and spacious, but it
felt a bit outdated. The staff at the front desk were helpful, but the breakfast options were quite limited. I appreciated the comfortable bed, but overall I expected more for the price I paid.

Here’s what worked – and what didn’t
The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. my Junior King Suite was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay.
The property is in noticeable disrepair. I noticed some cleanliness issues, especially with the bathroom upon arrival.

This is what you’re really getting
Expect minimal comfort during your stay. We encountered cleanliness issues in the bathroom and hair on the floor. Breakfast options were sparse, mostly packaged items lacking freshness. While the pool area looked appealing, it fell short in maintenance. Friendly staff, though, provided some relief amidst these inconveniences.

The lobby looked great and the staff were friendly, but the room left much to be desired—there were cleanliness issues and the elevator was slightly unsettling. Overall, it was an experience filled with both pleasant staff interactions and disappointing room conditions.

The indoor pool was a highlight for our family, providing a fun escape after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay comfortable.
My children wished the room had more outlets for their devices. Also, it would be great if the hotel improved the decor and cleanliness.

We had a lovely family reunion here! The pool was fantastic and so clean, and the breakfast gave just enough fuel for our busy days. However, the WiFi was frustrating at times.

Request a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from the bar below, as it can be distracting during the night.

The room was decent for the price, but ours had a strong cigarette smell. It wasn't great and definitely put a damper on our stay. The bed was pretty comfy, but the overall vibe was a bit off. We also had issues at check-in with no other rooms available. Just be prepared for what you might get.

Staff were welcoming during check-in, creating a friendly atmosphere right away. The indoor pool was warm and inviting, which was perfect for a relaxing swim. However, the morning clerk was noticeably unhelpful, leaving guests without breakfast options. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the overall comfort. Overall, while the friendliness of the staff and warm pool were highlights, the lack of attentive service in the morning and room issues made it a mixed experience.

Families should think twice
The front desk guy Bob was friendly and even gave my kid a balloon! The WiFi worked great, which is a must in this day and age.
The cost wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable.
